About the Role

Department: Customer Service & Order Desk
We are looking for a reliable and organized Order Desk Representative to join our growing team.
This role is responsible for handling customer inquiries, processing orders, coordinating with the warehouse and delivery team, and ensuring accurate and timely order fulfillment.
Key Responsibilities
✔ Answer customer phone calls, emails, and general inquiries
✔ Process customer orders and maintain accurate customer information
✔ Coordinate with the warehouse and delivery team
✔ Follow up on order status and keep customers updated
✔ Perform data entry and maintain accurate order records
✔ Assist with light packing and order preparation when required
✔ Provide professional and friendly customer service
Qualifications
✔ Fluent in English with strong communication skills
✔ Comfortable using computers and common office software
✔ Customer Service, Order Desk, or related experience is preferred
✔ Organized, detail-oriented, and able to handle multiple tasks
✔ Reliable and punctual
✔ Able to work on-site on a long-term basis
✔ Legally authorized to work in Canada

Work Schedule
Monday to Friday: 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM
Lunch Break: 30 minutes
Compensation: Negotiable based on experience
