Department: Warehouse & Logistics
We are looking for a reliable and organized Warehouse Distribution Supervisor to oversee daily warehouse operations and support our growing team.
This role is responsible for coordinating receiving, storage, order preparation, inventory control, and shipping activities while ensuring efficient workflow, workplace safety, and accurate order fulfillment.
Key Responsibilities
✔ Supervise and coordinate daily warehouse operations
✔ Assign duties and oversee warehouse staff
✔ Coordinate receiving, storage, picking, packing, and shipping activities
✔ Monitor inventory levels and assist with inventory counts
✔ Ensure customer orders are prepared accurately and on time
✔ Maintain warehouse safety, cleanliness, and organization
Qualifications
✔ Previous warehouse or distribution experience required
✔ Supervisory or team leadership experience is an asset
✔ Forklift experience is preferred
✔ Strong organizational and time-management skills
✔ Good communication and leadership skills
✔ Legally authorized to work in Canada
